Please note: We process orders Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
Orders are not processed on weekends. Most orders placed before 3pm are despatched that day, after that we may process the next working day.
We charge $10 to send all of our Canada orders using Amazon’s delivery network which usually provides a trackable service.
It usually takes around 7 working days but can take up to 10 working days dependent on your address. If you have not received it within 10 working days then please contact us and we can check the order status for you.
You will receive an email from us to say the order has been despatched (please check your junk mail for our email)
You will then get a separate email from Amazon which enables you to track your order. We will also send an email that provides tracking details for you.

✈️ International orders:
Please check on your local Amazon (or .com for worldwide) as it will most likely be cheaper and easier for you to buy from there. If we don't have the exact product, we may be about to replenish stock so email us to find out.
If you need your delivery faster than what we offer then please email us and we can arrange a bespoke service for you. We will just charge you the difference in what you would pay with the actual cost.
We do not make a profit on delivery and, in fact, make a small loss in order to keep our prices consistent and competitive for everyone.

** If your order does not arrive within the time frames above please get in touch as soon as possible so we can try and track it for you. If you leave it too late then we may not be able to help you.
